         Scoping, Planning & Scheduling

Planning and scheduling is where we excel. When planning is performed well, resource allocation is far more accurate, and significant time is not lost waiting for shared plant and equipment, or access to work fronts.

When involved at a planning level, Programmed Industrial Maintenance’s shutdown specialists can integrate with your maintenance team or work with your shutdown manager to plan and execute projects on time, on budget and most importantly, safely.

We ensure that all key stakeholders, including production teams, are fully engaged and that good work order management disciplines are followed.
Programmed Industrial Maintenance will conduct detailed scoping to help create standardised work packs with clear and concise checklists. This allows for a repeatable process and for regular preventative maintenance tasks to be captured.

We can tailor our thorough planning and scheduling to ensure compliance with your policy and standards, with a focus on planning the most critical or technically complex tasks first.

As part of scoping, planning and scheduling of works services, we can provide:

    • Detailed scoping
    • Creation of standardised work packs
    • Thorough planning and scheduling
    • Capture of all detailed planning data into your CMMS or enterprise system
    • Adherence to planning milestones and scope lock dates
    • Challenge and optimisation of work pack job steps, labour resources and estimates.
