We are pleased to welcome Pooja Dalwadi, who has joined our Water Academy as Graduate Mechanical Engineer at Melbourne Water’s Water Academy.
As part of our 24-month professional graduate development program, Pooja will work closely with the Melbourne Water Planning & Scheduling team, utilising her engineering skills to contribute to the team’s success.
During Pooja’s second interview, we organized a comprehensive visit to our eastern treatment plant. We believe it’s significant for our potential hires to become acquainted with our work environment and operations, and this tour gave Pooja valuable insights.
“I am very excited to be a part of Water Academy. I strongly believe that we have the power to shape our own destiny, and this mindset has been a driving force in both my personal and professional life. The Water Academy graduate program is providing me with the motivation to set ambitious goals and work towards achieving them.” -Pooja Dalwadi, Graduate Mechanical Engineer
“It’s a highlight of my career to be involved in this graduate program and having the opportunity to provide pathways to these fantastic people. Keep up the great work team!” -Nat Hickcox, Head of FM VIC / TAS and Utilities
