Programmed Facility Management was proud to participate and attend the 2025 Victorian Employment Forum, hosted by Officeworks in partnership with the Clontarf Foundation. This inspiring event brought together Clontarf Academy students from Years 10 to 12, providing them with the opportunity to connect with a range of corporate partners, explore career pathways, and gain valuable insights into various industries.

For the team at Programmed, the forum was more than a networking opportunity, it was a chance to connect with the students and learn from their experiences as they navigate their academic and career journeys.
The Clontarf Foundation plays a vital role in supporting young First Nations men by fostering education, building life skills, and creating pathways to employment. And Programmed is honoured to be part of this journey.
Sam Mallios, Workforce Programs and Projects Partner of Programmed Facility Management shares her experience: “We are incredibly thankful to Clontarf for the opportunity to connect with these motivated young men and for our ongoing partnership”.

Clontarf Foundation also shared: “Programmed’s support of the academy members and the foundation is greatly appreciated and contributes to our young men finishing school and moving successfully into employment. We look forward to having Programmed involved again in 2026!”
We look forward to continuing our support and deepening our relationship with the Clontarf Foundation as we help shape positive futures together.
