The result? Two theme nights that turned the mess hall into a vibrant fiesta, filled with mouthwatering aromas and the promise of a delightful evening for all.

It included a Mexican Night, with the tantalizing scent of sizzling fajitas wafting through the air, as the Catering Team showcased their culinary prowess by crafting an authentic Mexican menu. From zesty guacamole to hearty enchiladas, every dish was a labour of love, meticulously prepared to transport the residents to the lively streets of Mexico, if only for a moment.

The star of the night was undoubtedly the tacos, each one a masterpiece of flavour and creativity. The catering team went above and beyond, offering an array of fillings from perfectly seasoned grilled chicken to succulent slow-cooked beef. With colourful toppings, fresh salsa, and a dash of lime, every taco was a work of art, inviting residents to build their own culinary masterpiece.

The vibrant atmosphere was further enhanced by the team’s attention to detail in decorating the dining area. Tables adorned with festive colours, for an immersive Mexican experience. The Catering Team spared no effort to ensure that every resident felt the warmth and hospitality that accompanies a Mexican celebration.

A curated Lebanese Theme Night equally tantalized the taste buds; a night filled with the rich aromas of Lebanese spices, the laughter of colleagues coming together, and the unmistakable glow of pride on the faces of our culinary experts.

The centerpiece of the event was undoubtedly the diverse spread of delicious Lebanese dishes, from mouthwatering mezes to savory kebabs, hummus and baba ghanoush, every detail was a testament to the team’s commitment to authenticity and excellence.
