Dec 3, 2020

Daniel Johnson has been a key contributor to our University of Adelaide grounds maintenance service delivery team for the past nineteen years. Over this period, Daniel has held various leadership roles, including team leader of the University sports fields and North Terrace campus.

To ensure we are able to deliver the highest quality of service, Programmed supported Daniel in gaining his Diploma of Fine Turf Management and Horticulture. With this education and his wide range of practical Daniel is excited for the future in his new role on-site experience, Daniel has been able to share his knowledge and skills to develop other members of the team.

With the commencement of the new Grounds Services contract in July, we were proud to promote Daniel to his new role of Senior Team Leader. This newly established role supports the coordination and daily operations of employees and sub-contractors servicing the University of Adelaide and contributes to the planned works to ensure efficient and effective operations.

In his new role, Daniel can provide technical advice to site teams at the various university locations while focusing on safety, task planning and client interaction.
