Laying the foundations at St Johns Grammar

Mar 15, 2021

Programmed Property Services has a long-standing relationship with St John’s Grammar in Belair, South Australia, with current contracts in paint and grounds and regular works through corporate imaging.

Six months ago, Chris Quinn, Branch Manager – Paint, and the school discussed their desire to upgrade their old artificial turfed soccer pitch. Following this discussion, Chris and the team supported the school in funding this project and were able to secure a six-year grounds maintenance contract.

PPS engaged Greenplay Australia to complete the works, which involved ripping up the existing 4,500m2 of old turf, regrading the surface, removing encroaching tree roots and laying the new turf before then permanent line marking.

In the spirit of cross-selling, the Property Services team was able to engage the Electrical Technologies team to supply new lighting design and lay conduits in preparation for the second stage of works which will involve the installation of light towers. A great example of working together to show customers just how diverse the Programmed offering is!
