Julie says the best decision she ever made was coming to work for Programmed as part of our training partnership with Woodside.
She’s a process plant operator at Karratha Gas Pant, and having a roster that allows her to spend quality time with her children is just one of the many things she likes about her job.
She’s also proud to be an Aboriginal woman in an industry dominated by men.
Julie can’t imagine herself in an office environment, she really enjoys working outdoors, and she’d definitely encourage other women to give what she does a go.
Programmed and Woodside have been working together for more than 20 years, and are providing women with exciting career pathways both on and offshore.
