Servicing Curtin University
Programmed has delivered Facility and Asset Management services at Curtin University’s student accommodation since 2019. Having also assisted in delivering ISO55001 Asset Management Certification for the University.
Our site-based operational team works closely with Curtin University staff to understand the existing site requirements. Site information is gathered and transformed into streamlined service delivery and holistic maintenance and asset strategies that enhance customer service and improve response and rectification times.
Our current service portfolio includes existing buildings at the main campus in Bentley, such as Guild House, Erica Underwood House, and Vickery House. Programmed will also maintain the exciting new Exchange precinct as each phase is completed.
Scope of services includes Preventative, Reactive and Emergency Management Services, Furniture, Fittings and Equipment maintenance and Minor Capital Works.
