The entire airport community came together for the final Stepping Forward program of the year, extending heartfelt gratitude to all participants for their dedication and the positive impact they’ve made. Lorie Angus, CEO of Melbourne Airport, shared in the video that the airport boasts the best staff in Australia, who work tirelessly to assist travellers daily.

Jaquie Scammell, CEO and founder of ServiceQ, also mentioned in the video the team’s deeper motivation. As the busy holiday period approaches, she emphasises the importance of understanding why they do the work they do. With so many unfamiliar travellers and heightened emotions during the holiday season, it’s essential for the team to focus on their greater purpose and the difference they make in people’s journeys.

Melbourne Airport’s Stepping Forward program aligns seamlessly with Programmed’s Work and Smile vision. The Programmed team working on the Melbourne Airport partnership has wholeheartedly embraced this initiative, elevating their own ‘Work and Smile’ purpose with passion, dedication, and energy.

Congratulations to all the participants, especially the Programmed team, for their outstanding contributions. We’re confident this holiday season will be successful and full of positive energy.
