Programmed has been confirmed as the facility and asset management provider for Curtin University’s new innovation precinct Exchange, a hub that will serve as a catalyst for innovation benefiting students, industry and the broader community.
Programmed currently delivers Facility and Asset Management services to existing student accommodation at Curtin and as part of an InfraRed Capital Partners-led consortium will continue to do so under a 36-year Public Private Partnership in which there will be a new precinct that will include a mix of student and private hotel accommodation. The new development represents an exciting and bold shift from traditional university campus design.
Programmed Facility Management is a strategic partner of choice for a number of key social infrastructure PPPs across Australia and New Zealand and this new partnership extends our footprint in the tertiary student accommodation sector for which we provide end-to-end maintenance and asset management services.
Construction of the new development is expected to commence in August with completion due in January 2022.
