Programmed lights up Shrine of Remembrance

Dec 19, 2018

In November the Programmed Electrical Technologies’ (PET) Victorian team undertook the Shrine of Remembrance Centenary LED Lighting Upgrade Project.

Designed to transform the site and showcase its incredible architecture, the state of art lighting installed by Programmed, will now give the Shrine the ability to illuminate the memorial in a wide range of colours. Staff from the Programmed team supported the grand opening event held on the 9 November, which was attended by members of the Victorian Government.

The team has a proud history of supporting the Shrine of Remembrance. For over 10 years we have been servicing the national landmark, providing electrical, audio visual and event services. Of great significance to the team is the support provided on ANZAC day.

We have multiple staff commence support work from 3am to ensure the Shrine and its volunteers are able to carry out the day’s events without disruption. Our staff are honored to be a part of events like this one, and take great pride in all the work we do at the Shrine of Remembrance.
