Nov 5, 2025

We’re proud to announce that Programmed Facility Management has received the Exceptional Partnership Safety Recognition Award from Sydney Airport, one of our long-standing partners.

We’re proud to announce that Programmed Facility Management has received the Exceptional Partnership Safety Recognition Award from Sydney Airport, one of our long-standing partners. This achievement reflects our unwavering commitment to safety and collaboration at one of Australia’s busiest transport hubs.

We were honoured to celebrate this achievement at the SYD Safety Awards 2025 ceremony, held at the Dreamliner Room, Rydges Sydney Airport, alongside industry peers and partners who share our passion for safety and wellbeing.

Our success comes down to a strong safety culture and a proactive approach to risk management. Through our tailored Work Health and Safety Management Plan, developed specifically for Sydney Airport operations, our teams ensure every task, whether customer-facing or in restricted areas, meets the highest safety standards. This plan, praised during audits by HSE Global, demonstrates our dedication to transparency and excellence.

Here are some standout highlights from our safety performance:
✅ 229 consultations and 143 site safety inspections completed
✅ Over 139,000 hours worked with zero notifiable incidents and no serious claims
✅ 96% conformance across 12 WHS assurance audits and a perfect score on 49 critical control questions
✅ Introduction of Sine Pro technology to streamline inductions, compliance, and contractor management

Our partnership with Sydney Airport is built on collaboration through weekly high-risk safety meetings, safety workshops, and open communication ensure safe delivery of works with minimal disruption to airport operations.

Here’s what Karen Stuart, Programmed Contract Executive, had to say: “This award is a proud moment for our team—it shows what true collaboration and a strong safety culture can achieve. Safety isn’t just a process for us, it’s a value we live every day, and this recognition reinforces that commitment.”
