The Faces Behind Programmed’s Albury/Wodonga Commercial Painting Team

Aug 7, 2026

As a national company with deep local roots, we combine the strength and resources of a larger organisation with the personal touch of a local business. Our Albury/Wodonga team understands what it takes to keep the region's buildings protected, presentable and performing.

Programmed Property Services has built a reputation for commercial painting across regional Victoria and New South Wales that few contractors can match. The Albury/Wodonga branch stands out for its meticulous approach to live, occupied settings where safety compliance is critical and minimising operational disruption is paramount.

The team specialises in protective coatings and surface treatments for industrial and manufacturing sites, cyclical repaint programs for schools and education campuses, and high-compliance work across hospitals and multi-tenant commercial precincts — with every project built around clear, upfront risk assessments and a coordinated working plan with the client.

  • Matthew Billington, Regional Manager

Matthew has more than 30 years’ leadership experience across the steel, engineering and energy (gas) industries. Having spent 14 years in the paint industry, he’s built a strong reputation for developing long-term client partnerships and delivering practical maintenance solutions across a broad range of commercial and industrial facilities. His focus is on supporting clients with proactive maintenance strategies, tailored asset lifecycle solutions and projects delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

  • Cayden Winter, Business Development Manager

Cayden brings four years of experience with Programmed, including the past 18 months in his current business development role, having started his career as a Project Manager and building a strong foundation in project delivery before transitioning into client-focused business development. With a trade background and many years of experience as a qualified renderer, he has a practical understanding of construction, surface preparation and client expectations, enabling him to accurately assess project requirements and develop tailored maintenance solutions that meet both operational needs and budget expectations.

  • Jacob Romeril, Project Manager

Jacob brings 15 years of industry experience and a strong background as a qualified painter, with hands-on knowledge of product application, surface preparation and project delivery that gives clients confidence every project is completed to the highest professional standards. His ability to thoroughly assess project requirements, develop practical delivery strategies and maintain strong communication with clients ensures successful outcomes from commencement to completion, backed by an unwavering commitment to workplace health and safety compliance.

  • Shannon Wilson, Leading Painter Foreperson

Shannon brings 10 years of industry experience and a strong background as a qualified painter, with extensive hands-on expertise in product application and surface preparation that ensures projects are completed to the highest standards of workmanship and quality. He is a dependable leader, working closely with project teams to coordinate day-to-day site activities, maintain productivity, and ensure client expectations are consistently met.
