The 2025 Annual Safety Townhall was a fantastic success, bringing together over 100 vendors and partners at Optus Stadium in Perth, Western Australia for a day of learning, collaboration, and connection.
The event kicked off with Programmed’s Year in Review, highlighting achievements, key initiatives, and our shared commitment to safety across the network. It was a great opportunity to reflect on progress and set the tone for another strong year ahead.
This year’s focus centered on silica dust awareness and control measures, sustainability, and industry updates from one of our key contracting partners. These themes underscored our ongoing commitment to health, safety, and environmental responsibility, ensuring we continue to improve practices that protect both people and the planet.
Safety at the Heart of Everything We Do
At Programmed, safety is more than a priority, it’s a core value embedded in our culture. We live by the philosophy that all injuries are preventable, and we encourage every team member to take an active role in demonstrating personal safety leadership, regardless of their position or location.

Our Zero Harm vision ensures that every employee and customer returns home in the same state they arrived, injury-free, while also protecting the natural environments in which we work. Supported by leading health, safety, and environment systems, we use real-time data and analytics to continually improve and remain a reliable, safety-focused service provider.
