Programmed Skilled Workforce has won ‘Best WHS Management System (large organisation)’ at the 2018 Hunter Safety Awards!
The Hunter Safety Awards recognise companies and individuals within the Hunter region who are demonstrating best-practice and innovative approaches when it comes to workplace health and safety (WHS).
We won the award for our approach to risk management. Specifically, how we assess the safety systems that are applied at our customer sites, our detailed reviews of the tasks that our field employees are expected to perform and our high level of engagement/consultation with our employees onsite.
We were also a finalist in the ‘Best WHS Innovation (large organisation)’ category.
Regional General Manager Scott Hennessy gave thanks to our whole Singleton team. He said that this award was ‘fantastic recognition for all the hard work they do to keep our people safe.’
Congratulations team and go Programmed!
