Honouring the Future of Industry

The Santos East Australia Apprentice and Trainee Awards 2025 brought together Programmed and Santos to celebrate excellence across the training and apprenticeship program. It highlighted the achievements of standout individuals who are helping shape the future of Australia’s workforce.

Held in Adelaide, the inaugural event recognised dedication, growth, leadership, and commitment to safety. Award categories spanned from HSE High Achiever to Most Improved Trainee.

HSE High Achiever

Winner – Mick Rebbeck, IE Technician (Tirrawarra)
Runner-Up – Zylah Thelan, IE Technician (Roma)

Most Improved Apprentice or Trainee

Winner – James Dimech, Mech Fitter (Moomba Plant)
Runner-Up – Belinda Smith, IE Technician (Ballera)

Apprentice High Achiever

Winner – Kimberly Green, Mech Fitter (Tirrawarra)
Runner-Up – Sebastian Walker, Mech Fitter (Moomba)

Trainee High Achiever

Winner – Corey Blanch, Process Plant (Moomba)
Runner-Up – Simon Wood, Process Plant (Moomba Central Fields)
