Start something new like Bec

May 24, 2018

Bec was looking for a new challenge when she joined Programmed as a process technician trainee.

She’s come on board as part of our partnership with Woodside, starting her third career in an entirely new field.

Bec knows she now works in an industry dominated by men, but she believes that the best way to develop a strong team is for men and women to pool their strengths and work together.

Growing up, Bec never knew what she wanted to be, and every day she’s demonstrating that it’s never too late to start something new.

Programmed and Woodside have been working together for more than 20 years, and are providing women with exciting career pathways both on and offshore.
