Project Description 

Casuarina Drive is part of an annual maintenance program delivered by Programmed. The residential complex, overseen by long-term strata managers Whittles, requires consistent upkeep across ground level and common areas due to high occupancy and community usage demands. 

As a trusted maintenance contractor, Programmed Property Services returns every year to maintain shared spaces and preserve building presentation. Beyond physical works, contractor communication was also a critical challenge, with tenant notifications and onsite coordination requiring a collaborative and forward-facing approach between strata committees, residents, and contractors. 

Programmed Commercial Painting was engaged not only for exterior repainting but for cyclical maintenance, surface-defect insight, onsite tenant communications, minor repair callbacks, and continued long-term care. The overarching goal was to restore the building’s exterior while ensuring seamless stakeholder collaboration and resident comfort throughout project delivery.

Drawing on prior knowledge of the complex, the Darwin team provided building committees and strata managers with accurate ground-level observations, project sequencing clarity, and proactive communication ownership. 

Repainting works were carried out to a high standard while addressing paint fade and surface imperfections across accessible exterior areas. To minimise administrative load on committees and strata managers, Programmed managed tenant engagement directly onsite, including scheduled work notifications, positional transparency, contractor introductions, and comfort-building communication loops.
