Casuarina Drive is part of an annual maintenance program delivered by Programmed. The residential complex, overseen by long-term strata managers Whittles, requires consistent upkeep across ground level and common areas due to high occupancy and community usage demands.
As a trusted maintenance contractor, Programmed Property Services returns every year to maintain shared spaces and preserve building presentation. Beyond physical works, contractor communication was also a critical challenge, with tenant notifications and onsite coordination requiring a collaborative and forward-facing approach between strata committees, residents, and contractors.
Programmed Commercial Painting was engaged not only for exterior repainting but for cyclical maintenance, surface-defect insight, onsite tenant communications, minor repair callbacks, and continued long-term care.
