Project Description
Located on a main arterial road along northern Sydney’s picturesque coastline, Watersedge is exposed to both high traffic and the seaside environment. Such conditions can often accelerate building deterioration.
To maintain its prestigious and chic coastal ambience, the Owners Corporation was seeking a provider who could enhance the appearance while protecting the surface of the building.
As experts in protective coatings and commercial painting, Programmed Property Services (Programmed) came highly recommended to them.
Project Solution
Programmed provided a long-term maintenance plan that not only guaranteed the building maintained its fresh palette of neutral tones but would also allow the Owners Corporation to spread the costs over the term of the plan.
As a high traffic area, careful consideration was given to access and ensuring residents and the public remained safe. For minimal disruption, a combination of scaffolding and abseil painting teams were used for easy reach into restricted elevations and balconies.
Project Outcome
With a crisp new look, Watersedge continues to exude the ultra-chic beachside charm that is cherished by the residents.
