Project Description
After paintwork was left untouched for a number of years, the Cafe building was looking tired and rundown. Programmed helped the Café achieve a much-needed makeover that contemporised its look but without affecting trade opportunities or causing discomfort to customers and staff.
Project Solution
Programmed recommended a bright and modern colour palette, and assigned an experienced painting team that worked in close communication with the Wharf Shed to deliver the upgrade for all its interior and exterior areas. We worked around Café operating hours to help the Wharf Shed achieve its new look so that any disruption to trade or inconvenience to customers and staff were minimised during the upgrade.
Our long term maintenance programme gives Wharf Shed peace of mind that their new look will be maintained to a high standard for years to come. The flexibility for the Wharf Shed to tailor repayments around their highly seasonal cash flow suited their needs well too.
