Wild Weather puts Programmed’s VSBA Team to the Test

Jun 18, 2021

Our team and vendor partners were busy this week attending a record number of call outs to VSBA's educational sites across Melbourne.

Well done to the Programmed team and our vendor partners for the fantastic work they have been doing on behalf of the Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA).

Breaking Records

Programmed attended a record number of call-outs last week when strong winds and heavy rain hit Melbourne, impacting many of VSBA’s educational sites.

The team worked alongside our vendor partners to attend 317 service requests that came in over a short period, including flooding, overflowing septic’s and leaks.

We know your hard work is appreciated and the schools are grateful that their facilities were up and running again in time for the students to return this week.
