Work and Smile at Curtin University

Aug 14, 2025

At Curtin University, operations don’t just run – they thrive. That’s thanks to a dedicated team who work hard, lead with heart, and take pride in delivering every task with a smile.

Curtin is the flagship Public-Private Partnership (PPP) contract for Programmed Facility Management in Western Australia, proudly led by Wayne Phillips. It’s a site that sets the benchmark for effective facilities management – consistent, efficient, and always people-first.

The session was a powerful reminder that the best operations are driven by people who genuinely care. From open communication to the pride they take in their work, the Curtin team shows that excellence isn’t the exception — it’s business as usual, and it’s always delivered with a smile.
