Congratulations to the Service Delivery Team: Best in the West Award Winners!

Dec 3, 2024

The West Region Delivery Team recognises individuals and teams who embody their values and behaviours with the Best in the West Award.

Each monthly finalist qualifies for the Annual Best in the West Award, which is voted on by all team members and presented at the End of Year Event.

We are proud to announce that the 2024 Best in the West Award winners are all part of the Service Delivery team and are Programmed employees!

(left to right) Mukul Mahajan, Sophie Martin-Duncan, Alexandra Bickerstaff and Akash Wajpe.

The team was recognised for successfully executing a large-scale data migration, a complex project that involved deleting and recreating work worth millions of dollars, all according to the client’s exact specifications. The high-performing team of Alex, Akash, Sophie, and Mukul collaborated on the data migration over four months, completing it flawlessly. For anyone familiar with data work, this is a remarkable achievement!

Service Delivery Manager Mark Dudley praised the team for their meticulous planning and attention to detail. “This is yet another example of the ‘can-do’ attitude of The Service Delivery team.  This attitude exists in our team all the time, but to be recognised and awarded for it makes it extra special. It’s a great way to cap off a successful year.’

What an incredible way to end the year! Continue the excellent work, team.
