At Programmed, we are proud to share that our team in Perth has welcomed Max as a trainee. Max was referred to Programmed by our partner Edge Employment Solutions, which looks to create job opportunities for people with disability. Mentored by our Perth Client Relations and Communications Manager, Brooke Rabe, Max has loved his role at Programmed, “I like that my work is related to my level of skills and knowledge. I also have good two-way communication with my boss, Brooke.”

“Max has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He arrived each day with the biggest smile, eager to learn and dedicated to every aspect of his role. I am proud of the progress he has made and believe he will continue to learn and grow and become a valuable asset to any business.” – Brooke Rabe.

Programmed provides meaningful employment opportunities across our business to people with disabilities, and we are proud to be able to help improve the well-being of the communities in which we work.

Great work, Max!
