Programmed ad: The Series – A Behind the Scenes Look

“For We” 

On the second day of filming the Programmed ad, we featured Brett Hay, Facility Manager at Melbourne Airport, where Programmed provides maintenance services and help desk services to all terminals as well as the Cargo Park and Business Enterprise Park. Along with Brett, we had Electrical Supervisor Nathan Kazuro, who both work within Programmed Facility Management. 

Filming at our Melbourne HQ on Collins St. Brett, who has been on the Melbourne Airport contract for several years, shared his enthusiasm for teamwork and delivering results that benefit the community, embodying the “For We” scenario (being part of a bigger team). He also spoke about the joy he finds in his work through building community connections, embracing culture, and sharing his knowledge on all things Aviation and Facilities that he’s gathered over his long-standing career in the industries. 

Despite the challenges of being on camera and the pressure to deliver lines perfectly, Brett handled it like a pro, stepping out of his comfort zone with admirable courage. We are grateful to Brett for being an outstanding participant in this project. 

A special thanks to Nathan for his role as an excellent extra in the ad and to all the office members who contributed in the background.
