Julian Kinder – National Contract Executive of Water, Programmed

Julian Kinder, National Contract Executive of Water for Programmed and resident Water Network Expert for all our Water and Facility Management customers, has been voted into the Australian Water Associations Victorian chamber committee and recently appointed as Vice President, by his Water industry peers.

Programmed manages a number of water contracts across Australia focused on Operations and Maintenance and its pleasing to see that his peers have nominated Julian as Vice President of the Australian Water Association’s Victorian chamber committee, which will provide Julian with the autonomy to have exposure and input across the Victorian Water Sector and more broadly across Australia.

Proactive approach

Through our ongoing work within the Water Sector, we provide training and guidance to young school leavers as part of our longer-term strategy and investment. One example of this is our Water Acadamy that supports our water succession growth plans that will attract young and diverse individuals, providing meaningful employment pathways and future careers in STEM and trades across the sector.

Our Asset Management team at Sydney Water

Programmed is delighted that our water contracts are led by Julian Kinder, who has a wealth of knowledge, a strong commitment and a passion for opportunity, growth and sector alignment. We look forward to seeing more innovation and development coming out of our national water portfolio and working with our current and future clients across the sector.
