Over recent weeks, CEO Graeme Hurn and Executive General Manager – HR Mark Rademaker travelled to Auckland, Brisbane, Parramatta, Canberra, Perth, Adelaide and Notting Hill, meeting with teams and sharing conversations about Programmed’s progress, priorities, and future direction.
The roadshow concluded in Melbourne with our first all-company hybrid Town Hall, bringing team members together in person and online from across Australia and New Zealand.
Looking ahead to our bright future
The Town Hall provided an opportunity for Graeme and Mark to share more about Programmed’s strategy and focus for the future, including recent successes and the opportunities ahead as we continue to grow.
A key focus was how we can harness the collective strength of our organisation through breaking down silos and stronger collaboration – bringing together our people, expertise, and capabilities to realise our full potential in the market.
The session also explored how we can continue to invest in and support our people as the business grows, before opening the conversation to employees through a live fireside chat and Q&A.
Celebrating the people behind 75 years of Programmed
As Programmed celebrates its 75th anniversary in 2026, the roadshow was also an opportunity to recognise the people who have helped shape our organisation over the years.
Throughout the events, we celebrated team members reaching significant long service milestones, including remarkable individuals who have been part of Programmed for more than 40 years.
Their contribution is a compelling reminder that while our business has changed significantly over the past seven and a half decades, our people have always been at the heart of our story.
The roadshow and Melbourne Town Hall gave us an opportunity to reflect on that history while also looking forward – bringing our teams together to strengthen connections with our leaders and share a common vision for the next chapter of Programmed.
