Well done to Programmed team, who received some fantastic feedback from the NSW Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC) for their work in the Windale community.

Programmed’s performance received a high Contractor’s Performance Rating score upon completing the project. A high CPR score is not something easily achieved due to LAHC’s tough performance criteria.

Working across residential sites comes with its own unique set of challenges, particularly during a pandemic. Programmed were commended for their COVID-19 Management Plan and safe practices that adhered with NSW Health advice.

The team was also praised for their high standard of work and quality control measures. LAHC stated that ‘the Contractors performance was above average, and a high level of quality control was consistently maintained throughout the duration of the project’.

Roofing apprentices also gained valuable work experience, helping to support young industry professionals as they come up through the ranks.

Special thanks to Paul Sheppard, Tyrone Svendsen and our vendor partners. This great news is a testament to your effort, enthusiasm and good work!
