Programmed Unveils New Office in New South Wales to Support Team Growth

Aug 12, 2024

Programmed is growing—reaching more areas and serving more customers across New South Wales

On August 1, 2024, we formally welcomed over 90 new Programmed Facility Management team members to our new Parramatta office and celebrated its opening on the same day.

The relocation to the new office is to accommodate our expanding team as we extend our services to larger areas throughout New South Wales and offer additional services to our clients. The opening celebration was a fantastic way to kick off the month.

The day began with a welcome to country from Uncle Graeme. It was a touching welcome as Uncle Graeme spoke about the rich cultural history of the area where our office is located.

This was followed by a formal welcome from Graeme Hurn, our CEO for Programmed Facility Management in ANZ. Graeme expressed his gratitude to the teams who have been working tirelessly to service all our key customers in the region.

Graeme shares, “The team’s commitment to serving our key customers in the region has been outstanding, and it’s an honour to welcome them all formally. Together, we are making a significant impact in the communities we serve.”

Paul Amato, Head of Facility Management for Programmed in NSW/ACT & National Service Centre, expressed the company’s commitment to the NSW region and how this new move positively impacts the team. He stated, “The staff sentiment is very positive. The new space looks great, has a wonderful view, and offers a great environment for Programmed staff from different teams to interact and share knowledge with one another.”

We were also joined by members of the Facility Management Leadership team, who showed their support for our growing team in the region.

The new space supports us in our work by providing alternative work settings for different work activities and helps bring our strong team together. This further motivates our teams to provide outstanding services to our customers.

To conclude the celebration, we had a lovely morning tea, offering an excellent opportunity for all team members to connect.
