Promoting Local Business: Programmed Engages with the Great Southern Development Commission

Aug 19, 2025

The Programmed team at Western Australia attended an event hosted by the Great Southern Development Commission (GSDC), reaffirming our commitment to supporting local businesses and communities throughout the Great Southern region including the beautiful town of Albany.

The GSDC is the State Government’s regional development agency for the Great Southern, working to foster strong economic growth, employment, and investment opportunities. By partnering with local industry, businesses, and community stakeholders, the GSDC helps drive sustainable development across this diverse region.

At the event, our team’s primary focus was to promote Programmed as an employer of choice for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) looking to deliver services on behalf of the Western Australian Government. Through valuable networking opportunities with local businesses and community representatives, we were able to share insights on how Programmed connects local suppliers with government procurement needs.
