In 2023, the Bunbury/SW branch expanded our service offerings to the Rockingham and Peel region where we have full time, local painters based in and nearby Mandurah. Despite having a working presence in the region for quite some time, we re-established a full time operational office located in Mandurah in April 2024 to better service our local clients. Mike Deveson has been a key member of Programmed Property Services for 9 years, from previously operating for 17 years within the Playground and Shade Sail industry.
He commenced as a Business Development Manager (Paint) in Perth before taking on the role of Branch Manager (Southwest) 8 years ago.
Having over nearly 25 years of sales and commercial experience, Mike has developed a variety of business and commercial relationships and ensured successful delivery of Programmed’s painting services.
Mike is supported by Senior Project Manager Dennis Campbell. Dennis has been in the painting industry for over 30 years with a majority of that time with Programmed in New Zealand, Brisbane and Perth holding various roles including industrial abseiler,
Foreman, Project Manager, Estimator, and BDM.
