Programmed was engaged to perform a complete exterior repaint, and building works on the high-rise building as part of a broader long-term property maintenance services arrangement. This project involved both construction and concrete repairs, as well as balustrade replacement.

As a result of lowered occupancy during COVID-19 for this site which primarily operates as a timeshare accommodation facility, Programmed worked with Sandy Point Beach Resort’s management to bring forward scheduled maintenance works. As a result, we have been able to carry out a majority of work while visitors are not utilising the building, thus helping the site prepare for an effective return to business when the COVID-19 pandemic passes and travel restrictions are lifted.
