Trinity College, one of Perth’s leading PSA schools, is committed to maintaining facilities that reflect the high standards expected of an elite institution. With a large campus that experiences significant daily use, the College needed a reliable partner to keep its grounds and buildings looking bright, clean, and well-maintained.
From classrooms with scuffed walls to railings and poles that require regular touch-ups, the College sought a solution that would ensure its facilities consistently present at their best. Project Solution
Programmed Property Services worked closely with Trinity College to establish an annual painting and maintenance program that addresses both routine upkeep and special projects. Regular touch-ups across classrooms, railings, and poles keep learning spaces and common areas fresh and inviting for students, staff, and visitors.
When the College unveiled a new mural on the science block, the commercial painting team provided anti-graffiti coatings to safeguard the artwork against damage. This ensured the mural remains a striking and protected feature of the campus.
In one of the more recent initiatives, Programmed repainted the Braithwaite fence in the College’s centenary colours. This high-profile project not only enhanced the campus aesthetics but also received overwhelmingly positive feedback from the school community.
