Programmed undertook the demolition and complete refurbishment of the existing Staff Room and adjoining Locker Room at Warrina Aged Care’s Morphett Vale facility.
Project Solution
Scope of works involved removing internal walls and performing make-good works to create a more open and functional space for staff. New kitchen joinery was installed, with the associated relocation of plumbing, drainage and electrical services to suit the updated layout. The refurbishment also included the installation of new flooring and wall vinyl finishes as well as painting throughout.
