Whittles, a long-term strata partner of Programmed, manages several high-occupancy residential buildings that require consistent aesthetic upkeep and responsive contractor alignment. First impressions play a major role in resident satisfaction, building presentation, and reflecting overall living quality within a strata community.
The building supported in this project was experiencing exterior paint fade, minor surface defects, and frequent tenant-to-committee communication loops that required hands-on contractor support. Programmed Commercial Painting was engaged not only for repainting works, but also for ongoing maintenance, insight sharing, minor repair callbacks, and direct communication with occupants onsite.
