Programmed Property Services have recently completed 2 major painting works across the portfolio I manage (2 Daydream St Warriewood – Peninsula Business Estate, and 23-27 Chaplin Drive Lane Cove), as well as some smaller minor painting projects… Coordination and completion of the works was made easy by the Programmed tea, which resulted in NO issues across our 20 tenants, visitors and employees of the site across an approximate 8-week project. The quality of the work, work ethic and effort of all the Programmed contractors was at all times of a very high standard. Despite the size of both major projects, attention to detail was at the forefront of each painter, which led to a very high standard at completion of the projects. The Programmed team were extremely easy to work with and followed plans and instructions exactly how we required. All contractors onsite remained professional with safety as a priority, with no job being too small or too large for any of the contractors when requested.
