Project Snapshot #1: Anglicare Respite Care – Building Projects
Anglicare Respite Care, formerly a women’s shelter which had been left vacant for a number of years, was refurbished by Programmed Property Services.
Building projects work, which took 17 weeks to complete, involved internal structural changes to form Common living areas, major plaster repairs and refurbishment of 10 bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms and DDA compliant bathrooms, kitchen, dining, lounges and hallways.
Project Snapshot #2: Anglicare Neil Court – Open Space Maintenance
In streamlining all aspects of the open space project within a single channel of supply, including utilising Programmed’s own Adelaide team, we were able to provide Anglicare an end-result that precisely met their vision.
This eight-week design and construct landscaping project to create walkways linking various parts of the site and buildings was delivered on a live site. Extensive civil and landscaping works had to be done while making sure that residents and staff were able to travel across the site safely, and without
interruption.
