Bede Polding College is a co-educational Catholic high school in South Windsor, New South Wales, Australia offering education from Year 7 to Year 12. The school opened in 1986 with 110 students. Over the years the College has grown in excess of 1,200 pupils.
Project Description
Programmed’s first Painting Programme with Bede Polding College began over a decade ago. The College buildings were in need of maintenance and the College welcomed a solution that would enable them to spread billings over the school terms to fit with their cash flow. The flexibility to accommodate any changes that may occur and a focus on safety were also very important to the College.
Project Solution
Bede Polding College has experienced much change since Programmed first partnered with them, undergoing colour scheme changes and repairs due to bushfire damage amongst others. Through it all, Programmed has worked closely with the College, listening to the requirements of the College and adapting our services within the funding constraints to ensure the College always looks its best.
Project Outcome
Pleased with the work Programmed has delivered, Business Manager Paul Cruise commented that “the workmanship is always of a very high standard and the Painting Programme has allowed for better management of our maintenance costs by spreading the costs over the period of the programme”.
“We regularly get very positive feedback from visitors and parents about the physical appearance of the interiors and exteriors… the fact that we start each school year with a fresh coat of paint helps set a positive tone”.
