Location(s): Perth Western Australia and AMC-4, BAE premises in Henderson.
Duration of Project: Service agreement commenced on 5 January 2016, for a 2-year period.
Project Description
EMAS-AMC Pty Ltd contracted Programmed Marine (PM) to directly employ certain personnel and positions, as well as manage their employment terms and payroll.
The services agreement stipulates that a Scope of Work (SOW) will be issued for each scope/employee. In general terms, the client locates a candidate and then requests that PM engage and employ the candidate and manage their payroll.
Project Solution
Currently PM employs and payrolls 6 persons for EMAS-AMC, in the following roles:
- Quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) Supervisor
- Lead Installation Engineer
- Senior Project Engineer
- Lead Engineer
- Project Control Assistant
- Senior Structural Engineer
Start dates vary from employee to employee, with the longest serving employee having commenced with PM / EMAS-AMC in February 2015.
These office/project management personnel are currently working on the Julimar project in the AMC-4, BAE premises in Henderson.
