Aveo engaged Programmed Turnpoint on a design and construct basis to deliver the full redevelopment of the Shortland Waters Golf Course in Newcastle. The project involved transforming an existing 18-hole golf course into a premium golf retirement living precinct — a landmark development requiring deep expertise across planning, construction, and environmental remediation.

A significant component of the project was the remediation of a previously abused landfill site, which formed part of the golf course footprint.
