We work with the University of Tasmania to assist them with whole of life asset management services for the university’s student accommodation facilities as part of a Public Private Partnership (PPP). The scope for this PPP spans five sites and includes maintenance, replacement, cleaning, waste and capital works. We also provide a painting program for the university and manage the helpdesk and utilities for 2,200 beds across 11 purpose-built student accommodation buildings.
