Programmed is pleased to announce that Homes Victoria has awarded us the Property Maintenance Services Contract for its North and West Divisions. Services will commence on 1 February 2027.
This award builds on Programmed’s relationship with Homes Victoria, which began in Warrnambool in 2011. It extends our experience into a broader service model across metropolitan and regional communities in the North and West, which will see the delivery of services to over 35,000 social housing homes and approximately 60,000 renters.
Programmed will deliver planned and responsive maintenance, vacant property works, property condition audits, cleaning, grounds maintenance and specialist services. We will work with local service partners to support safe, consistent and responsive delivery across the two divisions.
Programmed Chief Executive Officer Graeme Hurn said the award reflects the strength of the long-term partnership. ‘We are proud to continue working alongside Homes Victoria and extend our services across more metropolitan and regional communities. Our focus is a safe and well-managed transition, followed by reliable services that support renters and their communities.’
The partnership reflects a shared focus on practical service, sound governance and positive outcomes for renters. Programmed’s delivery approach will include supplier compliance, social procurement and community engagement, with clear oversight throughout mobilisation and service delivery.
This award recognises the experience of our existing team and the expertise contributed across Programmed. We will work alongside Homes Victoria, local service partners and communities to prepare for a safe and seamless service commencement on 1 February 2027.
