Project Description
With a relationship spanning over 8 years, Programmed have been provided painting maintenance services to ensure St Peter Claver College is well presented at all times. The college wanted to ensure that the existing signage around the school was maintained to a similarly high standard.
Knowing of the multiple services Programmed has to offer, the college decided to incorporate school signage and grounds work into their contract upon renewal of their painting agreement last year.
Project Solution
With proven ability and expertise in a variety of services, Programmed was able to customise a property services package to suit the needs of St Peter Claver College.
Initially, the package consisted of a programme for painting maintenance, however this has expanded to also include yearly garden mulching and a wayfinding signage package.
The school signage solution required the manufacture and installation of a range of different signs and comprised of 10 monoliths, 22 wall signs, 3 fence signs and multiple door number plates. Our eCORE modular signage system was selected for its flexibility and ability to be customised to reflect the nature of the college.
Project Outcome
The refreshed signage has solidified the college’s image and reputation as a leading education provider. The strong performance and attitude in which Programmed approached all aspects of work further deepened the trust and continual relationship with St Peter Claver College. Plus, having one specialist provider for painting, grounds and signage alleviates maintenance concerns, which is an added bonus.
“I wanted to take the time and pass on my recommendation as it’s not very often people are praised for the work they complete. The boys I have here at present doing the sign installation are a credit to your company and need to be recognised for the following reasons: attention to detail, polite and courteous at all times, they always advise me of any change to the original location/area, and they are a pleasure to work with. I am thankful for the great job they have been doing. If I had contractors like these boys all the time, it would make my life so much easier.” – Denise McGeary (Business Manager, St Peter Claver College)
